Supervising the assigned Section & their Production Processes. (Granulation , Compression, Coating , Blending , Milling, Encapsulation)+ Change Overs according to SOP,s & GMP Standard.
To Schedule the daily production Plan for Current Day&Night Shifts.
Ensure FIFO, LOTO, 5S, Training Of Staff.

Responsible for setup & cleaning (startup and closer) of designated equipment/line.• Responsible to operate the equipment as per production plan with EHS andQuality SOPs to compliant the legal requirements.• Responsible to perform and maintain changeovers, equipment cleaning, areacleaning and ready the equipment and area for line clearance.• Responsible to perform rejection clearance, clear the corridor, weighing ofbuckets and record, tools management, change parts cleaning and appropriate placement in dedicated area.Responsible to perform and maintain record related to Safety & Quality (LOTO,safety door inspection, challenge tests, de-blistering, machine cleaning, RoomTemperature and humidity record review and machine log sheet) or any otherrequired recordsto support floor operations.• Responsible for troubleshooting, major / minor adjustments, operational andmechanical issues handling, reduction in breakdowns, support in OEEdeliverables.• Effectively perform cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening of machineand support engineering team during maintenance• Ensure Daily production / OEE reporting / CIL&T report.• Perform batch related documentation on packaging instruction, In-processcontrol sheet, weighing sheets, reduction in batch documentation errors.• Responsible to effectively perform the buckets movement, pallet movementsand perform leakage tests on leakage testing apparatus and challenge tests.• Responsible to receive/ manage material in absence of executive officer.
